This isn’t a Chalean Extreme review it is just a simple report on what the fitness program and weight loss diet does. The Chalean Extreme fitness system isn’t an ordinary diet plan. First, it blows all myths and misconceptions out of the water about what needs to be done and which things people have to be worried about when it comes to weight loss. This program was created by Chalene Johnson, and claims that it will burst all of the dreaded fitness myths that you have ever come across. It also suggests that you’ll be able to get the ‘real treatment’ that you need to get rid of excess weight. There are two major myths in the exercise industry today, according to the program, and they hurt more than they help.

The Chalean Extreme program lists these myths as the following:

-Cardio work is the most effective solution for fat burning. In reality, Chalene says, creating muscle will burn fat better than cardio work, and the look at her trim figure might actually give you confirmation on that point.

-The end result of weight lifting is a bulky, muscular body. This again, Johnson says, is false. Since working out gains lean muscle and burns fat, you can get trim and thin in no time at all.

However, it is again a heavy duty workout that might not be perfect for some people. Sometimes, the programs require you to be in some sort of fit state before you even begin, which can create problems for just about anyone.

Lifting heavy weights is the premise of the entire Chalean Extreme program, so if you’re not in a state to lift weights, you might want to consider something else. You don’t want to try a weight loss program just to injure yourself and not even be able to move, let alone work out like you need to. Talk with your doctor if you’re concerned about this, as you should with any workout program or diet before you begin.
