The magazine has been in print for years, but the website is a much newer development. Both provide strategies, tools, and success stories relating to everything fitness and nutrition, from health and beauty tips to diet plans, exercise programs, and more.

It is geared towards women, and helps to empower them to embrace a new lifestyle rather than focusing on just the weight loss or temporary diet fads that come and go. The goal of Fitness Magazine and is to ‘change the conversation from “skinny” to “healthy”’. When it comes to being healthy, there is no magazine more complete than this one.

They have a community section, along with a section for workouts, healthy recipes, weight loss, health, beauty, and an online store where you can subscribe to the print edition and buy other products that they have for sale. They also have a blog and message boards on the site, allowing everyone to join in a new community to discuss fitness and health and not just beauty secrets and skinny jeans.

The website is set up with many different areas of interaction for those who read and want to be a part of Fitness Magazine, including a photo sharing section, a place for people to tell their success stories, and even a place where women can post their own playlists that they enjoy listening to while they workout. With so many different things to see and do, is sure to keep visitors coming back for more. However, the print edition is just as chock-full of features as the website, offering tips and information to those who want to take the magazine with them rather than reading it online.

You’ll never go wrong when you check out the fitness and lifestyle tips from this publication because there really is something for just about everyone. Since it is geared toward women, it is a little discriminatory in its offerings, but as a women’s inspirational health and fitness magazine, it does its bidding well.

    I notice that too. I bet that fitness magazine are getting a lot of sign ups on their affiliate programs.
