Octomom Weight Loss – How Did Nadya Suleman Lose Weight?

Everyone remembers Octomom, the lady that had an astonishing 8 babies at one time. And if you’ve seen any pictures of Nadya Suleman you know how huge she was. Unfortunately the only pictures of Octomom pregnant are over at TMZ.com. Well, the big thing now is Octomom weight loss.

Nadya was 270 pounds at the height of her pregnancy with 8 children and she has lost an astonishing 145 pounds in only 9 months. What’s the secret that let Octomom lose weight? You may be suprised because it wasn’t that big of a deal. She went to the gym 3 days a week to get in midnight workouts while a nanny watched the kids (I guess with 14 kids you have to go whenever you can). Her workouts were strength training routines that did not include cardio because she gets enough of that taking care of her children.

Also, Nadya ate a fairly strict diet consisting of baby food made at home, oatmeal, turkey and sushi. She claims to have gotten a lot of protein on her strict diet as well.

It is incredible to see pictures of Nadya as we have below and to know that she lost so much weight. Those statistics again are, at her top weight she was 270 pounds. Octomom lost 145 pounds and she is now down to 125 pounds. She also claims to have had no help and no personal trainer to lose the weight she did.

    She had a tummy tuck. She scheduled surgery back in May or so, and was seen
    wearing the compression garments. They showed through her clothes. So, when you
    hear her talk about an exercise that helped her lose weight, what she really meant was an abdominoplasty.
