The P90X diet plan and workout is all the rage right now. This infomercial has taken late night TV watchers and internet workout searchers by storm, generating more interest than ever because of the results that some people have achieved. The program is one that doesn’t flaunt how simple or easy it is to lose weight and get into shape. It’s hard work, and it will tell you that. It is 12 workouts that immediately tell you that you are going to sweat, work muscles, and invest all your energy into them. If done properly, though, it can be an effort that produces great results.

The program, adequately named P90X, works in just 90 days and comes with a three-phase nutrition plan, special supplements designed specifically for this program, and much, much more. Tony Horton, the many responsible for the 10 minute trainer, created this program to blast people into fitness and muscle training like never before.

The fitness and diet plan is enjoyable, engaging, and makes you realize your full potential through all the work that you do. This program works in an interesting way, by a process called ‘muscle confusion.’ It basically works so many muscles at once and switches back and forth so much that your muscles can’t get into a routine or cause your body to hit that critical plateau that stops most people from continuing down the road to success.

The P90X nutrition plan and workout schedule helps those who want to get lean, bulk up, or even just chisel their way to a perfect body, and you can mix and match the routines to keep it interesting and keep you working out for the full 90 days or even longer. The system, a set of DVDs and a fitness quite and 3-phase nutrition plan, along with a calendar and free online support, is supposedly a $600 value according to the website. They sell it, however, for about $120, in installments of $39.95 three months in a row. Add to that the $20 shipping fee, and you’re looking at a total investment of about $140, which many people have already found rather reasonable compared to joining a gym or buying exercise equipment.

This program is not for those who want to lose weight as quickly as they can with very little effort. This program is about working hard, eating well, and building a strong, lean body. There are so many different ways that you can change up the 12 workout routines that you are sure to find a program that gives you the results that you want. Ultimately, everyone is different, but if you want an intense workout program that everyone is hyped about, P90X is worth considering.

An alternative weight loss program many people are having success with is one that teaches you 10 idiot proof rules of weight loss. Click on the banner below for more info:
