In case you missed the last few posts here at Weight Loss Diet Plans I just wanted to cover them briefly for you. We usually try to write at least one post a day, but sometimes don’t get to one every day. So just in case you missed any of the last several posts about diet plans, weight loss or anything else, here they are:

FBF Diet Plan- This plan is also called the Fat Burning Furnace, but people abbreviate it as FBF for the sake of brevity. It is one of the more popular diet plans available on the net today as a downloadable ebook and a coule of charts. The main goal of the FBF Diet Plan is to teach you that through peoper nutrition and exercise you can turn your body from a fat storer to a fat burner.

First Place 4 Health – This is a Christian based weight loss and whole person program that emphasizes a entirely holistic approach to your overall well being, not just focusing on weight loss. It focuses on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual side of each person in its approach to weight loss and dieting.

10 Minute Trainer – A very simple and time saving fitness program that, as the name implies, has you focus on quick 10 minute workout routines. For some, this kind of a workout may work, but others may not find it comprehensive enough.

Master Cleanse Diet – There seems to be no set Master Cleanse Diet, but the most popular Master Cleanse program is referred to as the Lemonade Diet. You can get several books about the program at places like Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.

24 Hour Fitness Centers – 24 Hour Fitness is the largest chain of gyms in the United States and their brand of workout equipment is used on the hit TV reality show, NBC’s The Biggest Loser.

Detox Diet - A diet that is specifically designed to cleanse your body of harmful toxins.

How To Detox Your Body Part 2 - The continuation of the above named post. This doesn’t need to be a special diet program, just fresh fruits and vegetables can help put your body into detox mode.
