If you vowed to spend more time at the gym this year to get the lean, sculpted body you’ve always wanted, try these ultimate hard body exercises to get the six pack abs, cut biceps and quads of world class body builders. The exercises work all of your main muscle groups, so don’t think that this is an easy or fast exercise program. Expect to be at the gym for a least an hour every time you go and depending on how hard you push yourself, you may have that burn in your muscles the next day.
