A Neat Trick To Make Your Exercise Program More Effective

If you want to lose weight and stay healthy you simply can’t get around  the fact that you need to exercise. The hard thing about exercise for most people though is that it takes time to see those all important results. Wouldn’t it be better if you could make your exercise program more effective for the same amount of exercise?

There’s a very interesting study done by Harvard University where they actually discovered a pretty powerful trick that doesn’t involve any more exercise than you would normally do in your routine. The study is chronicled in the book 59 Seconds and involved 80 hotel maids who get a lot of exercise in their routines at work every day. The group of 80 maids were split into 2 groups of 40 each and the results were quite amazing.
