He claims Taylor actually had an advantage because he didn&#8217;t have that much muscle and it was easier to put on muscle for him.</p>

If you change up your routine and use different weights, do different exercises, do more reps or do more sets, you will see your body respond and grow bigger.</p>
<p><strong>Create Resistance</strong>- Don&#8217;t always use free weights! I know that sounds crazy to your purists, but there is a slight problem with free weights, they don&#8217;t always create enough resistance. When using free weights there are parts of your rep that become easier, but if you use a machine or have someone put a little tension on your dumbell or barbell, you will have constant tension during the entire swing of your rep.</p>
<p><strong>Go Easy On The Cardio</strong>- Cardio is great at first to help burn some fat, but you never want to do cardio after an intense muscle building routine because it will lessen the effects of what you just did. Do cardio on different days than your muscle workouts.</p>
<p><strong>Don&#8217;t Work Your Abs Too Much</strong>- This is a big secret. Most guys you see in the gym are working the crap out of their abs, but the fact is, your abs are only a small part of your entire muscle system. You should work all your muscle groups almost equally and that will take care of your abs.</p>

The new line of supplements from Jillian are called the <strong>QuickStart Rapid Weight Loss System</strong> which is a 2 supplement program consisting of an appetite suppressant and a diet pill that helps you burn fat.</p>

<p>Unfortunately since these weight loss pills are so new to the market there isn&#8217;t that much information out on them yet and not a lot of reviews as to how they work. The weight loss diet market is saturated with pills, potions and more and this appears just to be another addition to an already swollen market. And while many people do get results with weight loss supplements, they are a shortcut to losing weight.</p>
<p>An alternative to taking another supplement is that many people are eating healthier diets overall and working on reducing the fat on their body by going to the gym and doing either cardio workouts or strength training workouts with weights. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everyone remembers Octomom, the lady that had an astonishing 8 babies at one time. And if you&#8217;ve seen any pictures of Nadya Suleman you know how huge she was. Unfortunately the only pictures of Octomom pregnant are over at TMZ.com. <p><strong>Nadya was 270 pounds at the height of her pregnancy</strong> with 8 children and she has <strong>lost an astonishing 145 pounds</strong> in only 9 months. What&#8217;s the secret that let Octomom lose weight? You may be suprised because it wasn&#8217;t that big of a deal. She went to the gym 3 days a week to get in midnight workouts while a nanny watched the kids (I guess with 14 kids you have to go whenever you can). Her workouts were strength training routines that did not include cardio because she gets enough of that taking care of her children.</p>
<p>Also, Nadya ate a fairly strict diet consisting of baby food made at home, oatmeal, turkey and sushi. She claims to have gotten a lot of protein on her strict diet as well.</p>
<p>It is incredible to see pictures of Nadya as we have below and to know that she lost so much weight. Those statistics again are, at her top weight she was 270 pounds. Octomom lost 145 pounds and she is now down to 125 pounds. She also claims to have had no help and no personal trainer to lose the weight she did.</p>

Jared Fogle is a media sensation since he lost so much weight by eating Subway sandwiches as a part of his diet instead of fast food or other bad choices. He walked daily and ate Subway as most of his meals, creating a great amount of weight loss for himself and a whole new marketing plan for Subway. There isn’t an official ‘diet’, because no one truly knows what else Jared ate or how Subway fit into his lifestyle. Instead, there is hearsay and fiction about what it could have been like.</p>
<p>You can lose weight with fast food, as long as you do it properly, and Jared Fogle simply took on a low calorie diet like anyone could, and ate Subway as his main meal source. Now, you of course have to make healthy choices eating at Subway, which is a lot easier than trying this same kind of diet as say, McDonald’s. It is probably much harder to find healthy meals at McD’s.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333399;">Subway Diet Plan</span></h2>
<p>The Subway diet, as people know it, has two variations. The first consists of coffee and cereal with skim milk for breakfast, a turkey sub for lunch with Diet Pepsi, a vegetarian sub for dinner with water, and apple, orange, and water for a snack. The second variation is coffee for breakfast, a six inch turkey sub and baked chips for lunch, and a 12 inch veggie sub for dinner with no snacks. While the first diet is the most plausible, <strong>no one really knows what Jared Fogle ate exactly</strong> on his diet, except that he lost more than 200 pounds with Subway subs as his main meal.</p>
<p>Jared Fogle and the Subway diet have taken the nation by storm. Subway even promotes his weight loss, offering a healthy option for all customers by printing their 6 subs with 6 grams of fat or less on their napkins and posting the healthy choices on their menu for everyone to see. Keep in mind that the more condiments (oils, sauces, and cheese) that you add, the higher the calorie and fat count goes. You should load up on veggies on your sandwich, and lean meats, but don’t overdo it with mayo or other sauces that they offer because those are high in calories and fat.</p>
<p><strong>The Subway Diet is a little bit on the expensive side</strong>, considering that you’ll be spending an average of $10 a day at Subway to eat. If you’ve got an extra $300 to spend a month on Subway meals instead of groceries, then you might give it a shot. However, when it comes to saving money and losing weight this isn’t the most affordable diet that there is. It does prove, however, that carbs aren’t always the enemy as the <a title="Atkins Diet" href="http://www.ezweightlossdietplans.com/2009/09/atkins-diet-plan/">Atkins Diet</a> might suggest.</p>

Other people see it as a sound approach to weight loss that is far better than what most Hollywood diets have to offer.</p>
<p>Many times a celebrity diet is nothing more than just eating the same foods some hot celebrity is. The only reason people are so excited about it is that there’s a famous person promoting it. <p>If you have a problem with emotional overeating, the 5 factor diet might not be right for you. However, for anyone who wants more from their weight loss and diet plan and has no emotional ties or problems with food, this could be the plan to have. It has a great diet, great exercises, and great support through the website and others who use the diet. Ultimately, it will come down to you choosing what you want, but if you want something that’s new and famously popular, you should consider this diet.</p>

<p>So if you aren&#8217;t into the traditional going to the gym and lifting weights or straining for an hour in the aerobics class, then maybe putting on some music and just having fun dancing in your own living room may be the way to weight loss.</p>
<p>So what motivated Monique to lose the weight she did? She claims she was very comfortable with her body at a weight of 262 pounds but received a wake-up call one morning when her husband asked her how much she weighed as she was exiting the shower. When her husband Sid leet out a bit of a sigh and said he wanted his Monique around for a lifetime, that&#8217;s when she decided it was time to start doing something about her weight.</p>
<p>Not only did Monique start dancing, but she did join a gym and she cut red meat out of her diet. Now, if you didn&#8217;t know it, many people are cutting red meat from their diets. That&#8217;s because red meat is linked to so many diseases and to obesity. It&#8217;s hard to digest and can cling to your colon, it is high in fat even if it looks lean and frankly us Americans eat way too much of it.</p>
<p>Monique has lost some 40 pounds is now at 221 pounds and hopes to get down some time soon to 200. She&#8217;s on the right track with her meatless diet, dancing and going to the gym exercise program. Maybe lots of us could learn a few things from Monique in the weight loss department. May some day I&#8217;ll figure out how to spell her name as well. Is it Monique, Mo Nique or Mo&#8217;Nique?</p>
