Every day we are inundated with information on how dangerous fat and cholesterol are and that a balanced diet is necessary for a healthy body.</p>
<p>The problem is that prolonged low-fat diets aren’t necessarily good for us either. With all of the conflicting information about what is good for us and not so good, you may be surprised to learn many of the top fat burning foods actually have fat and cholesterol. This would be he good kind that helps our bodies function better and provides essential vitamins and minerals.</p>
<p>One of the first top fat burning foods is egg yolks. What! Egg yolks? Don’t let the fact that it has fat and cholesterol scare you away. That tiny little yellow gem is packed with omega 3 oil, the good type of cholesterol that helps balance the bad and is nutrient rich. When eaten in conjunction with the egg whites, it makes the protein easier to digest. Avocados are another natural food that is considered “fatty”. However, they are also filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The fiber they provide helps keep us full longer, which reduces your daily caloric intake.</p>

The body can break down the fat stores for the energy it needs. Generally speaking, low carb diet plans focus on meat, poultry and fish with dairy products and eggs as secondary sources of nutrition. There are many reasons that people choose low carb diets. The first is to lose weight.</p>
<p>These kind of diets have been proven to promote significant fat loss in a relatively short period of time, but unfortunately, they are not really all that healthy. Another reason people choose to focus on low carb meals is that they enjoy the type of food and portion sizes that accompany most plans. Usually these plans involve eating a lot of meat, sometimes even a lot of red meat and we pretty much know that isn&#8217;t the best thing to be doing to your body.</p>
<p>Cutting out a major type of nutrient, such as carbs, for an extended period of time <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>is not healthy</strong></span>. However, if you are looking for a way to jump-start your weight loss and achieve your goals, this type of program may work for you but, please remember that there is a lot more to your health than just losing weight. Most people slowly wean themselves away from these plans and begin incorporating healthy grains, fruits and vegetables for long-term maintenance. And that is a much better long term diet solution.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lately, you can’t surf the web or turn on the television and look for information on weight loss and <a title="Foods That Make You Fat" href="http://www.ezweightlossdietplans.com/2010/05/foods-that-make-you-fat/">foods that make you fat</a> without hearing about the latest health news breakthroughs. Anti-oxidants, phytonutrients, and superfoods fill the screens, their benefits touted with scientific research to back them up. As a result, it may surprise you to find that some of the foods that make you fat have actually been deemed healthy. We have been hearing for years that trans fats and high fructose corn syrup should be avoided,and they should however, you may be shocked to find that wheat products and canned or bottled fruit juice are not the “good-for-you” foods we have been led to believe.</p>
<p>Wheat products include most bagels, breads, cereals and pasta, just to name a few. They usually contain gluten. This is a unique type of protein found in barley, rye and wheat.  A significant percentage of people have some degree of intolerance for this type of protein. It has only been the last 80-100 years that wheat products have been a dietary staple. Before that time, our digestive system was used to a steady diet of a very limited amount of meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Some people who remove wheat from their diets for a few weeks lose weight faster and feel better than they have in years.</p>
<p>And canned juices, even if they state they are 100% real juice, are not really what they purport to be. Many of these juices have been processed, heated and manipulated so they no longer contain the nutrition that the real or original fruit does. Plus when you add the preservatives and so called &#8220;natural flavorings&#8221; which are really a code word for added MSG, then your healthy canned or bottled juice is really just a concoction that doesn&#8217;t do all that much for you besides add extra calories to your diet.</p>

With the multitude of fat loss ebooks, supplements that claim to help you lose fat and weight loss gurus that may charge you thousands to be your personal coach, what is the real truth about getting rid of belly fat?</p>
<p>The simple fact is that there really isn&#8217;t any way to spot reduce fat! You can only lose it off of your belly, your thighs, your butt, your back, your legs, or any where else for that matter. You can do all the crunches you want  and work your abs to death trying to lose fat off of your belly, but <strong>it will never happen</strong> if all you do is crunches and other stomach exercises. You will probably not lose any fat from your stomach area if your do only crazy abs exercises. You may have a hard stomach by doing some of these exercises, but it will still be covered by a layer of fat.</p>
<p>The truth of the matter on <strong>how to lose belly fat</strong> is that you must lose fat off of your body in a steady, methodical way and then and only then, will the fat come off of your belly. You essentially have to get rid of the fat off of your belly, by losing fat all over your body. When you continue to reduce ft all over your body, you wil then start to see it come of of the places you most want to lose it from.</p>

There are plenty of good programs out there amongst the hype and the potions and pills, just make sure you know what you are getting.</p>
