			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weight loss exercises and burning calories do not need to be uninteresting as we talked about <a title="Weight Loss Exercises" href="http://www.ezweightlossdietplans.com/2010/06/weight-loss-exercises-what-works-for-weight-loss/">in our last post</a>. It can be fun and entertaining and much easier than going to the gym. Anything that gets you off the sofa and moving is a good place to begin. Once you get used to thinking of exercising in this way, it becomes easier to be active.</p>
<p>If you have been doing this for a while and have reached a plateau in your weight loss efforts, pump up the intensity by doing interval exercises a few times a week. Interval training combines short periods of working fast or intensely followed by another period where the workout is slower. Yes, it is exercise, but it is fun and it actually livens up your body and mind.</p>
<p>These workouts should not last longer than twenty minutes when you are starting out, but should also be no shorter than ten minutes. One of the easiest ways to do this is to walk or jog a flight of stairs. Going up is the intense portion of the workout, going down is easier. If you enjoy swimming, but are not getting the workout you used to, try free-styling for one lap and backstroking the next. The backstroke can be slow and easy. Regardless of what you choose, make sure the fast or harder portion of the workout is intense. This will help you burn the maximum number of calories in the shortest period of time.</p>
<p>There are a multitude of ways to lose weight and exercise in the process so you will be healthy when those extra pounds are gone and to help insulate you from those pounds ever returning.</p>

This is primarily because they don’t like to do it. Walking on a treadmill for 45 minutes a day everyday is boring, swimming laps may take the enjoyment out of being in the pool and running five miles a day is certainly not for everyone.</p>
<p>This may make you wonder what weight loss exercises can be done quickly and efficiently, just to be able to enjoy it instead of it being a chore. The answer to the exercise dilemma may surprise you because it is somewhat easier than you may have been led to believe.</p>
<p>The best weight loss exercises can be something that you actually like to do. It is some activity that you can do every day, without losing interest, for 30 to 60 minutes. To be effective, you should also break a sweat. Admittedly, this rules out reading, sleeping and watching television. However, it does leave a lot of open ground. If you like to golf, try to get out on the course more often and walk instead of taking the cart. For those with small children, take an hour to play with them. Chase them during a game of tag, give them piggyback rides or go to the park and play ball.</p>
<p>Good sustained exercise will help you lose weight, but it doesn&#8217;t have to kill you in the process. If you make your exercise fun, you will be more apt to do it and that will in turn help you lose the weight you want. We&#8217;ll have more about exercising and weight loss in our next post.</p>

Although there are squat machines at most facilities, you will get more out of this exercise if don’t use them. However, you should use a squat rack so you don&#8217;t go beyond the point where you can stand up again. But free weights allow your body to follow the correct paths during the exercise, while the machines do not. They also do not allow you to get the full impact of the moves because they help stabilize you, rather than force you to rely on your core for the stability.</p>
<p>Leg curls, extensions, heel raises and lunges will round out the hard body workout. Day two focuses on the chest and triceps, day three is for shoulders. You should rest at least one day between day two and three of your exercise program. This lets your muscles recover and build back their strength.</p>
<p>By the time you reach day four with back, lats and biceps, your body will already be ready for another rest. Skip a day and start with a new four-day routine, hitting the gym hard and strong. To build muscle mass quickly, begin with weights that you can use for sets of 12 easily. Then move to heavier weights and shorter sets. Your goal is to raise the weight until the second set of 6 reps or so is difficult to complete. These ultimate hard body exercises will get you the sculpted body you have always wanted.</p>

<p>The Shake Weight is a unique barbell that you move from side to side by shaking it with a certain up and down motion of your arms. The technology in this little contraption is called <strong>Dynamic Inertia</strong> and the manufacturer claims that this unique motion increases upper body and arm muscle activity by 300% or more.</p>
<p>Of course this barbell that helps you lose arm flab is supposedly endorsed by Ellen DegGeneres, the Washington Post, Glamor Magazine, Personal Fit Coach and Gadget Reviews. According to the Shake Weight website all of these entities have either endorsed or written favorable reviews of their new workout dumbell.</p>
<p><strong>One of the more incredible claims</strong> of this workout product is that you can get all the benefits offered by using it only 6 minutes a day. While you may get some benefits by using a piece of workout equipment only 6 minutes a day, we can hardly believe it will give you adequate exercise to tone your entire upper body.</p>
<p>While the company never claims that you can get rid of fat under your arms, they do say that their product is a flab buster which implies it will remove fat. The only problem with this is that <strong>you can&#8217;t spot remove fat from any part of your body</strong>, it must be removed all over your body by eating correctly and exercising, especially doing cardio exercises. Once the fat is burned off your body that way, you will then have less fat under your arms.</p>
<p>The Shake Weight costs $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling. You also get a training DVD with that weight as well. Don&#8217;t be confused, you only get 1 dumbell with this offer not 2. Will the Shake Weight work? Our answer is that this sounds and looks pretty gimmicky to us, but at only $27.90 and no rebills like the <a title="Rip Off Acai Berry Scams" href="http://www.ezweightlossdietplans.com/2009/09/acai-berry-scams-not-endorsed-by-dr-oz-and-oprah/">rip off acai berry scams</a>, it may be worth a try.</p>
<p>A better alternative may be to give <a title="The Fat Burning Furnace" href="http://www.ezweightlossdietplans.com/2009/11/fbf-fat-burning-furnace/"><strong>The Fat Burning Furnace</strong></a> a try and get a whole body diet and workout experience.</p>

<p>The website for the Duke Diet takes care of all the issues that people might have and allows them to get the exact same diet, advice, and counseling from their home rather than having to travel or spend their days in a fitness and residential center. People have busy lives and they want to make them as simple as possible to keep up with. When it comes to diet, exercise, and weight loss, people need quick, easy, and flexible. This online diet program gives them exactly that and so much more.</p>
<p><strong>The website is lacking a little information</strong> when it comes to finding out what the details of the diet are. They simply say that you get daily encouragement, a meal planner, exercises to do at home, and advice based on their proven weight loss plan. It sounds like someone is being elusive, and that’s generally not a good thing. Companies need to understand that people want to know what they’re investing in before they sign up, especially when it comes to diet plans. Other than that, this one seems to be a pretty good diet plan to consider, provided that you can figure out if it works for you before you sign up.</p>

<p>The Anabolic Diet also gives you lower cholesterol and less plaque buildup, among a myriad of other health improvements. It gives you more energy because you’re controlling your carb intake, and you won’t be as moody or tired as you normally are. Fat makes you feel full, so you won’t be hungry on this diet. You probably will have to remind yourself to eat, according to the program.</p>
<p>The Anabolic Diet can work for anyone of any age, no matter what. It’s best done when it is combined with strength training and other exercise, like most diets are.
